1.    Lemon, water and jaggery –

This drink made by mixing lemon, water and jaggery is very beneficial for your skin and immunity along with reducing your weight fast, so let's know how to make it-

 Ingredients -

A glass of warm water

A spoonful of lemon

A small piece of jiggery

Make this weight loss drink like this (Weight Loss Drink Recipe): 

Take a glass of warm water, add one teaspoon of lemon juice and a small piece of jaggery to it (you can also add honey instead of jaggery). Drink this water while it is hot and consume it every morning on an empty stomach.

2.    Cinnamon, ginger and black pepper –

Ingredients -

Cinnamon

Black pepper 3 to 4

Ginger 1 piece

Weight Loss Drink Recipe:

Put a glass of water in a utensil and put it on a low flame and let it heat up. Now put a piece of cinnamon in this water. Crush black pepper lightly and put it in this water and do the same with ginger. Now let this water cook for about 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, filter this drink and drink it after it cools down a bit.

3.    Cumin water –

Ingredients -

Cumin

Water

Black Salt

Weight Loss Drink Recipe:

You take water in a glass and put cumin in it and leave it covered for the whole night. Sieve the cumin after waking up in the morning and drink it on an empty stomach in the morning. If you do not like its taste, then you can add black salt to it.
